The construction of the Yedikule Sports Complex, which was projected by the Fatih Municipality with its claim of being a central point in terms of sportive and healthy living, has started.
There will be a sports studio, where condition hall, SPA hall, SPA Center and aerobics, pilates, yoga training will be provided, as well as a Semi-Olympic Swimming Pool in the complex.
The Fatih Municipality puts one of its challenging projects into practice. The construction of the Yedikule Sports Complex, which is designed with the claim of becoming a central point in terms of sportive and healthy living in the region thanks to its modern designed lines and innovative building materials, has started.
SEMI-OLYMPIC SWIMMING POOL:
The Semi-Olympic Swimming Pool, which comprises the main element of the design that is planned to be three-floored, has been designed in the ground floor of the building, as 25 meters long, 2 meters deep, and with 5 lanes.
This pool has been developed by sampling the steel pool where worldwide international competitions are held, and projected as an exemplary pool, which is rarely realized at the international level in terms of durability and impermeability. Moreover the Flopping Pool, which is for the beginners who want to learn swimming, has been designed in the same hall as well. The Telescopic Tribune, which has the capacity of 260 people and can be opened automatically, has been considered and it will be used for medium scale.
It has been aimed to obtain an extremely spacious and bright venue by designing the upper surface of the area, where swimming pools and the Audience Tribune are, as a continuous volume with 9 meters high.
CONDITION HALL AND SPORTS STUDIO:
The construction of the Condition Hall, which has the direct visual command of the Semi-Olympic Swimming Pool hall from upstairs, and plus a Sports Studio, where training such as Pilates, Yoga and Aerobics can be provided, have been planned in the 1st floor of the building. By means of this planning set up, the parents have been enabled to bring their children to the swimming pool and having an opportunity to watch their children while they exercise upstairs.
The SPA Center, which brought together the venues having different use areas and net ceiling height of 420 cm, has been projected in the basement of the building.
The building has been planned to be used as an attraction center exactly in terms of healthy living along with the SPA center, which is composed of the venues such as the Turkish Bath, Sauna, Steam Room, Shock Baths, Massage Rooms and Lounge.
